Yes. We ensure that our procedures, actions and model works are performed within today's academic definition of non-plagiarism. We do not condone plagiarism or our clientele submitting our work as their own.

TPE Writers Network has focused on this as a business and our timeliness of pay as well as our quality of work is far superior to others in the industry. Other companies let any writer pick up the work leaving writers who can't constantly be checking in to pick up the scraps. At TPE Writers Network we assign our work to the best qualified writers available. Every writer gets work and has a chance to prove themselves to staff and clients. Our writer testimonials speak for themselves.

When a writer signs up with TPE Writers Network they must sign a Works for Hire contract that makes all work written for us the property of TPE Writers Network. The writer no longer owns those works in any way, shape or form.

Our staff handles all client related issues. It is imperative you do your best when writing your work as most problems occur because of lack in quality and late delivery. Writers who seem to be the reason for these repeated calls are warned as it takes up our staff's time away from handling new orders and more work for the rest of the team. If our warnings are not heeded immediately we no longer send work to the offending writer.

Our true revision rate is just under 3% of all papers ordered. This means that our staff is diligent about gathering the client's requirements and ensuring the writer understands the assignment before assigning it. Our writers are also well informed of our policies so the best writer for that assignment usually gets the job.

Our writers must possess at least a Masters Degree, preferably in the subjects about which they write for us. Preference is given to writers who have been teaching assistants or who have marked students' essays, as they've experienced exactly what is needed in writing a great paper. You don't need to have experience doing academic writing for hire but preference is given to those with such experience.

A successful application process takes about 2 weeks from beginning to first assignment.

The application process is straightforward. You are required to answer all the questions and fill in all the fields that apply on the application form. You must also upload your resume. Our staff checks your resume and application form and selected applicants are sent introductory information. Interested parties after that are sent more information about our procedures along with our contract. Once the contract is submitted we send you a test assignment along with formatting instructions for the writing style in which you must write your test assignment. Your test paper then goes to quality control for a plagiarism and quality check. Once you pass this test you're sent the final information needed to start receiving assignments. The application process isn't for everyone. We have devised it to be lengthy and difficult in order to ensure each writer we hire is a good fit for us and that we are a good fit for them. We've been successful because our system is effective and everyone must abide by it in order to be successful. Otherwise, we'd have a few superstars holding our customers work hostage because they decide to do it their way.

We're looking for writers in all subjects. Since our clientele keeps growing so should our writer base.

Your workload depends on your speed and quality of writing. The best writers have the lowest revision rate along with advanced research skills to deliver work that clients are satisfied with. At the beginning of the process it's best to stay patient and receive the work that flows your way until the staff get to know your strengths and willingness to come through for them. The more you accept work the more our staff comes back to you. Because of the volume of calls they encounter the easiest thing for them to do is assign it to a writer who accepts work and delivers promptly.

Make yourself more available. Whether it is in the evening or weekends, be available on msn messenger to take work.

When you get an assignment that is due in 5 days, we do not expect you to labor over it for that entire period, making it "perfect". Writers are only human and are counting their hours of work like anyone else so we assign work to be sent back promptly. Regardless of the deadline the client gives us we assign a short timeframe because our system thrives on speed and accountability. A writer will write on average 2 to 3 pages per hour so giving 5 days for a 4 page paper is just not efficient. We like to keep writers as busy as possible and also keep our systems flowing. If you can't deliver work within a 2 or 3 day time frame then we're most likely not the service for you. Depending on their availability we have writers who can handle between 5 and 35 pages a day.

This is perfectly fine. We have three shifts at all TPE Writers Network divisions (day, evening, overnight) and you're welcome to specialize in any of these. We're always looking for more evening and overnight writers as these are prime times for clients who realize they need help and wish to order.

We are very flexible in the manner we work with writers. However, no matter what shift you work, you must be available to deliver a revision within 12 hours of a client requesting it.

Revisions are requests made by clients to change something in the paper they feel doesn't match their original requirements. Our revision rate is less than 3% of all papers written. It may seem tedious to perform at times but it is part of the process of delivering a customized service. All writers must be open to doing revisions in order to write for any of our divisions.

Depending on the quality of work you produce and how much work is available, you might write anywhere from 5 to 35 pages a day.

Definitely. We like to keep writers busy and we find they end up creating their own client base of work because of recommendations and requests for the same writer as "my last paper". The only time we don't give this work to you is due to emergency of delivery, you've taken time off or the writer is no longer with us.

Writers are paid by the page. The rate you receive depends on your experience and on the level of difficulty you’re able to handle effectively. Our writers typically make between $20 and $35 per hour. Because our clients are students, we walk a fine balance between keeping their cost within their budget, and paying writers who will give them quality work. We do our best to make sure our writers are well rewarded for the work they do.

Our writers are paid twice per month (every two weeks).

We pay our writers by Check. All checks are sent regular mail and may take up to one week to arrive at their destination as we send them out of Toronto.

We pay one flat rate to writers no matter what the deadline. We consider each assignment we receive to be equally deserving of our highest quality – it wouldn't do for us to have writers turning down non-emergency assignments just because they are lower paying. All writers are treated equal with our system and each paper is assigned accordingly. Because most of our writers are writing on a daily basis they have a regular rotation, then a heavy and light rotation whenever peak periods arrive.

Yes. You are able to decline assignments given to you if you feel you're not qualified to write the paper. However, once you accept an assignment you're not allowed to return it. We have strict policies that keep us working efficiently and we expect our writers to follow through on the commitments they make to us and our clients.

Yes. You are a freelance writer and not our employee. You can work at any time of day or night as long as you deliver your assignments before your scheduled delivery time.

We have divisions with offices in these three cities. This means that writers in these cities are still allowed to work with us but will pick up their work from our local office and submit their work accordingly. Pay is commensurate with travel time as well as research and writing time.

As the expert writer you are responsible for finding research material to best fit your assignments in your subject of specialty. We've tried subscriptions to different online resources but found that system to be unsuccessful. We find most writers are affiliated with a university already and usually have access to the necessary online research libraries.

This is open to you. It's good to let staff know when you plan on leaving and giving us a few months notice. We don't obligate anyone to write for us. We have writers who've joined us 8 years ago and we have others who are just started.

The difference is pretty much in the formatting and style of the work we deliver. We pay our thesis and dissertation writers more. Level and quality are minor differences because all of our papers are written at a university level of writing. Our thesis and dissertation writers work with our graduate division customer support staff.

This section of our writing process ensures that writers are staying true to our principles and system. Quality control is our team of editors who check the paper for adherence to the client's requirements as well as our company's minimum quality assessment. They'll also check to see if writers are submitting work in the proper writing style assigned according to TPE Writers Network standards.

No. We don't encourage that writers talk to customers unless requested by the staff. We find that writers like to maintain their anonymity and whenever there is contact it is through our own phone conference methods.

Your responsibility is to complete your work before your deadline and ensure the quality is superb. We ask that you only take on work that you can deliver with excellence. There's plenty of work to go around and quality is the most important concern. Revisions are also encouraged to be delivered right away within 6 to 12 hours maximum of placement by clients. It may be the toughest part because many writers are perfectionists. However, completing them quickly is just another way to show great customer service no matter who's right or wrong. We could be right, but if we don't revise to their request, the client just won't come back and then we all lose. We find clients who receive timely revisions without any fight from writers are happier and refer more customers to us than customers who never request a revision in the first place. We find these writers' client base grows as well and usually end up with more work because clients know they can count on that writer. The average revision takes less than 10 minutes to perform.

Yes. Your revision rate is visible to you on your profile page. You are docked one revision every time someone submits. If you don't contest the revision and return it quickly we remove 0.5 of the revision. If you refuse to do the revision then the revision stays on your record. The more revisions you have that you fight, the less work you'll ultimately get. Keeping a client on the phone about a revision can take up to 20 minutes and we lose time and productivity when a usual revision will take less than 10 minutes to perform by a writer.

Deliberate plagiarism will get you banned from our system. There is no excuse for maliciousness or laziness when it comes to writing. Copying and pasting is an absolute deal breaker. We forgive writers once for plagiarizing by mistake or for improperly citing their sources. It is your responsibility to keep track of your sources and how you cite them. This is our livelihood and a monumental mistake like plagiarism can affect us dearly.

Formatting in the proper writing style is vitally important. Proper formatting is part of our service and all writers familiarize themselves with our templates and how to properly cite and refer to research material.
